Beaver fur has always been, and will always be, a fantastic natural fly tying material. There’s a reason it is used so commonly and has been for so long. The under fur is a grey dubbing that applies itself all over the fly tying world. The “silver” beavers fur is much lighter, and is useful for light dun patterns, emergers, RS2s, etc.
