Heritage Speckled Badger Hackle can have the most wildly speckled feathers compared to other Whiting hackle lines. The outer part of the feather ranges from white to dark light ginger, with a black list. Speckling can occur in the black list or on the outer parts of the feather. A less common variation is black feathers with white to gold dusting or frosting on the outer portions, and the very outer tips may be black.
